Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bprxch ("bprxch", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bprxch.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, games, betting markets and promotions offered on the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of bprxch, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on bprxch, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator or the jurisdiction under which the Platform is licensed, whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws of your country, territory or region of residence.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by bprxch.
• You have not previously had an Account with bprxch that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of bprxch or any associated entity.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for a gambling addiction, and you have not voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform.

bprxch reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or residency at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created knowingly or otherwise — are a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

During and after registration, bprxch may require Users to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which may include submission of one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g. national identity card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of e-wallet registered to the same name as the Account).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where deposit volumes exceed applicable thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will generally not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bprxch is not liable for delays to withdrawals arising from a User's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for notifying bprxch of any material changes to your registration details by contacting the support team via the Help Centre.

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any non-human method to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit Platform pricing errors, or any form of advantage play that violates the spirit of fair play.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to transfer, deposit or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise extract data or source code from the Platform.
• Making false, misleading or defamatory statements about bprxch, its staff or its services.

bprxch reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to suspend or close any Account where a breach of this policy is suspected, pending investigation. Decisions made by bprxch regarding acceptable use violations are final subject to any applicable appeal mechanism.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market and event type, as published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. In summary:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to any maximum payout limits applicable to that market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the User, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and activated before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bprxch reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Live (in-play) betting odds update in real time. bprxch is not responsible for technical delays that may affect the odds a User sees relative to the current match state.
• All cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test series and T20 internationals — are subject to the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Bets on abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These are available within the relevant betting interface.

bprxch reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is reasonable evidence of insider information, match manipulation or other integrity concerns.

bprxch supports a range of payment methods for Pakistani users and international users, subject to availability and applicable compliance requirements. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar local payment references only. None of these providers endorses gambling or confirms support for this operator.

• Deposits: Deposit transactions must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the withdrawing balance. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timescales are as published and may vary by method.
• Currency: Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) accounts are configured, balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. Currency conversion charges may apply for cross-currency transactions.
• Processing Times: Stated processing timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual settlement depends on the payment provider, the user's bank, and any compliance reviews required by bprxch. bprxch is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (e.g. BTC, USDT), the exchange rate applied is determined at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Cryptocurrency balances may be subject to conversion to the Account's base currency.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers available on bprxch are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account Balance only upon meeting the qualifying conditions specified in the individual promotion (e.g. qualifying deposit amount, minimum odds requirement).
• A wagering requirement (playthrough multiplier) applies to all bonus amounts before those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Maximum bet size restrictions apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit with an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino table games, live dealer games and certain slot categories may contribute at a reduced percentage rate. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device IP address and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

bprxch reserves the right to modify, withdraw or substitute any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

bprxch is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. The following controls are available to registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Limit the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once your limit is reached, no further wagering is permitted until the period resets or you request a limit adjustment (increases are subject to a cooling-off period).
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or mandatory break prompts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account (minimum 24 hours) or apply a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and are not reversible within the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications that appear at set intervals to inform you how long you have been playing and your net win/loss during the session.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software, interface design, data structures and compiled code — is the intellectual property of bprxch or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bprxch.
• Create derivative works based on any part of the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service.

All trade marks, service marks and brand names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah does not imply endorsement, affiliation or ownership by bprxch.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bprxch and its directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from Platform use, service interruption, technical errors or data loss.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local gambling laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 (Pakistan).
• Delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including mobile wallet operators, banks or cryptocurrency networks.
• Any service interruption, downtime or data loss caused by events beyond bprxch's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, cyberattack, or internet service disruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory applicable law, bprxch's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bprxch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any ancillary policy (including the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gambling Policy).
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or use of automated betting systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Discovery that a User is under the minimum age requirement or is a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed against bprxch by the User's payment provider.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order or regulatory direction.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bprxch's decision on Account suspension or closure matters is final, subject to any applicable complaints or dispute resolution mechanism published on the Platform.

bprxch collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, bprxch collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, government identification, financial information and betting activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and platform improvement.

bprxch does not sell User personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party processors (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection services) under appropriate data processing agreements. bprxch reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to taking effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications or typographical corrections) may be made without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bprxch holds its operating licence, as identified in the Platform's licensing disclosures. bprxch does not represent that these Terms comply with or are enforceable under the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and bprxch arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact the bprxch support team to attempt an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism available under the Platform's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
